Two links diverged from a yellow page,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it broke in the understroke;
Then took the other, as just as fair
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
May wear them really about the same,
And both that page-load equally lay
In bits no click had colored black.

PUBLISHERS WEEKLY
In this mediocre erotic romance that lacks both passion and intimacy, the events of Fifty Shades of Grey are retold from Christian Grey's perspective, allowing readers to see inside the mind of the enigmatic, domineering businessman as he seduces and falls for college student Anastasia Steele. It's a perfect portrayal of an unhealthy relationship, as Grey, here shown to be an immature, self-loathing sadist with mother issues, attempts to lure a sexually inexperienced young woman into an ill-considered, unconvincing BDSM arrangement for which she's not suited. Furthermore, in switching vantage points, James sadly demonstrates a glaring inability to depict a convincing male perspective. Grey's inner voice shows him to be obsessive, possessive, insecure, and needy, with a tendency to treat and view Ana like a child rather than an adult potential lover. This version mirrors the source material so well that it adds very little to the story, merely filtering the events through a less sympathetic lens. 'Yeah, yeah, baby, it's just a face and it's only skin deep. I need to dispel that admiring look from those eyes, but let's have some fun in the process!' thinks Grey upon first meeting Ana, and it's all downhill from there.
YES!!!!
Finally. Have been waiting since the release of third book! And to everyone saying it will be terrible then just don't read it, if you don't like it don't even bother purchasing it and complain about you waiting the money on it. EL JAMES YOU ROCK!!
Why did I freakin buy this book?
This should be titled Deja Vu! Laziest writing of all time. This author is just greedy, profitting from her other books. Your readers deserve so much better.
Major let down

Don't bother buying this book, simply re-read the first book. Maybe I was expecting too much, hoping for an insight to Grey's earlier life, his voyage with Elana, but to have an actual word-for-word version throughout the entire book was a huge disapointment! It wasn't until the very last chapter that the reader gained some insight into the grief Grey felt when Ana left him. One chapter in over 500 pages. The author should have put much more of Grey's earlier life, not repeated his abuse , reworded, but the same as as told in prior books.
